Associate Product Marketing Manager Program
As an Associate Product Marketing Manager (APMM), you’ll be part of the APMM Program, Google’s early-career program, which was started in 2003
What you will do:
The Russia Partners team helps drive business and satisfaction from Google Ads by engaging, activating and incentivizing our partners and customers.
The Associate Product Marketing Manager will partner with regional Ads Marketing, Sales and Product teams to inspire, educate and grow our partners and their customers.
You have a true passion for partner and customer success and the ability to build impactful programs, work cross-functionally, and scale key initiatives across the globe and our customer base.
You’ll work on how to bring Google products to agencies, individuals and small businesses around the world, and work with people across Google to make it happen.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum qualifications:

— Last year students of magistracy or specialist degree or bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
— Ability to speak and write in English and Russian, fluently and idiomatically.
— Less than 3 years working experience after the graduation.

Preferred qualifications:
— Experience in marketing (e.g., product management, implementing and managing marketing strategy for a B2B audience) or consultancy.
— Solid understanding of online advertising, digital media and traditional media ecosystem
— Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
— Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical skills and project management.
— Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including both professional and casual style of communication.
