L'ORÉAL Management Trainee Program is 15 months of full time employee responsibilities and a chance to become a junior specialist in HR department. There are some examples of the projects you might do during MTP
  • Manage an event for students from concept till execution;
  • Create and execute a content strategy for career group in social media;
  • Manage digital activations for all student events;
  • Manage the application proccess for 2000 candidates for summer internship;
  • Collaborate with other departments (marketing, pr, education, etc.) and partner agencies to build and execute the employer branding strategy.
Requirements and background
  • Graduate of 2016-2018 or ongoing Master degree;
  • Not less than 6 month of internship or working experience connected with HR or marketing/digital;
  • Desire to develop within hr marketing and employer branding;
  • Marketing & Digital Savvy;
  • Creativity, innovation spirit;
  • Exсellent presentation skills & PowerPoint;
  • Fluent English;
  • Ready to work full-time.
